Viscore Expands Workforce - September 07, 2009
In response to growing demand and increased R&D investment, Viscore Technologies Inc., a global photonics supplier, has expanded its workforce.

Demonstrating the resilience of its business model, Viscore has continued to thrive during the economic downturn of the past year. With the recent introduction of new PLC passive modules and a family of transceivers, plus the launch of an aggressive R&D program to develop next generation laser chip technology, Viscore is recruiting both sales and engineering staff. Positions will be located at the Viscore head-office in Ottawa, Canada or in centers close to major clients.

The workforce expansion in North America complements staff in Viscore's recently opened Shanghai office and over 400 personnel in its ISO9000 certified manufacturing facility in China.
